After 77 years, Parker Lumber is closing in Maitland, Fla., to make way for a commuter rail station, according to an article in the Orlando Sentinel.

The Florida's Department of Transportation wants almost two acres of the property for an entryway and a 125-space parking lot at a proposed station just north of City Hall. A department spokesman said the deal with Parker Lumber won't be final until late December, but the price tag is about $1.5 million.
