San Marcos, Texas-based McCoy’s Building Supply promoted Meagan McCoy Jones to the position of VP field support.

In her new position, Jones will continue to focus on improving the efficiencies of the 83-store lumber and hardware retailer.

Jones is the fourth generation to work in her family business, who joined the business in 2005. She was named a 2011 San Marcos Shining Star Under 40 by the San Marcos Chamber of Commerce.

Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, during a hearing held earlier this year, told Congress: “We’re not Sherwin-Williams paint. We don’t cover the earth equally.”
