Hardware distributor Emery-Waterhouse, based in Portland, Maine, threw its 170th birthday party and 2012 Marketplace March 15 to 17 at the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence. The company unveiled its new slogan: “Driven by your success.”
Emery-Waterhouse CEO Steve Frawley said 2012 was off to a good start following a year that saw 21% gains in warehouse sales. Current goals for the distributor include a push into Boston and New York City, and a sharpening of its “fact-based” analytics.
