US LBM Holdings has appointed Rick Kolaczewski as its new chief financial officer, effective Nov. 30. Kolaczewski will work out of the Edward Hines Building Supply office in Buffalo Grove, Ill.
Kolaczewski comes to US LBM Holdings from Waterloo Industries, a Fortune Brands company, where he served as executive VP and general manager. Waterloo is a manufacturer of storage and organization products with $200 million in annual revenues.
US LBM Holdings, headquartered in Green Bay, Wis., operates more than 30 lumberyards, truss plants and other building material outlets throughout the Midwest and northeastern U.S.
