Sally Kagerer, owner of Beauchamp's Ace Hardware on the north side of Flint, Mich., will deliver the keynote speech at the 32nd annual Martin Luther King Jr. tribute Dinner in Flint on Jan. 13, according to an article in the Flint Journal.

Kagerer is respected as a pioneer for diversity in the hardware industry. She sits on the Michigan Retail Hardware Association Insurance Board and also severs as treasurer of the Mid-Michigan Ace Advertisers, according to the article.
