An Ace Hardware store will open in downtown Seattle in the first quarter of 2013, according to an article in the Puget Sound Business Journal.

The 7,500-sq.-ft. store will be located next to a Bed Bath & Beyond and a paid parking lot. Delivery service will be offered for downtown residents.

The new Ace stores will be opened by the Meyers Group of Clinton, Wash., a real estate development firm that owns and operates grocery stores, gas stations and shopping centers. The Meyers Group also operates two True Value hardware stores.
